  • pursuit of thorough and complete design contributions by the consultants, delivered to comply with schedule requirements

     

  • monitoring of contractor performance with respect to both quality and schedule compliance to ensure contract compliance

PROJECT COMMUNICATION MANAGEMENT

  • STE proposes Fadi Nehban, assistant project manager, to lead the project communication management effort within the STE project management team.

     

  • Fadi Nehban tri-communication and facilitation skills, combined with his particular knowledge of the culture, will greatly enhance communication within the project team.
